Mentoring
Each attendee is paired with 2 mentors - a “peer” mentor and “wisdom” mentor for weekly meetings, virtually and/or in-person. The mentor relationship is one of non-judgmental support, expertise and accountability in order to prepare new adults to launch into their next season loving the Lord and living that out. An effective mentor is committed to learning as much about their mentee as they are committed to sharing their wisdom and advice.
Mentor profiles

“Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.”
