meet matt

Matt is a co-founder of The Gap at Sawmill Meadow and Principal at Spiars Engineering & Surveying in Plano, Texas.  He received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.  After serving in the U.S. Army, Matt has worked in the land development business since 1997.  Matt is active in the C12 Group, a Christian business forum, and serves with his wife, Tammy, in various capacities at First Baptist Church Richardson.

Matt and Tammy have three children and live in Plano, Texas (but they get to South Fork as often as possible!).
