meet Abby

With over 12 years of HR and start-up experience, Abby Ochs is excited to join The Gap at Sawmill Meadow's Board of Directors to further its mission. By day, Abby is the CEO/Founder of  Grò HR, an HR Firm that passionately serves 300+ businesses and nonprofits for all HR/Payroll/Recruitment needs.

Abby holds her MBA with a focus in Human Resources and is a Doctoral candidate through Liberty University. As an HR nerd, she holds both her SHRM-SCP and SPHR.

In her free time, you can find her enjoying time in prayer, chasing her toddler mini-me around the house while sipping coffee, or throwing weights around in her garage gym with her husband.
